From the Oceania Collection. This necklace is one of my favourites! The stunning druzy agate pendant has quartz crystal geodes that sparkle inside and the fish ornament lies on top of it. In feng shui, the fish symbolizes abundance and wealth. I can’t think of a better way to show off this unique fish complement that was purchased in Mercer island, Washington. This bead supply store was owned by a physician who retired from his practice to open up his store and travel in various parts of the world to bring his wonderful finds to us. I think that one thing that really makes this piece outstanding is the combination of materials such as the various antique finish metal beads, the wooden discs, cats’ eye beads, four pale violet lampwork beads, druzy agate beads, and pale mauve glass beads. Last but not least are the polymer clay beads. Polymer clay is an art medium which is handmade and in this case has an interesting design on the purple background. The toggle has an antique gold finish.
